1) Create a Temp folder on your hardrive.
Name this folder: CIV4_DVD. This will be the name (Label) of our DVD.
2) Download the Civilization IV Custom Installer from HERE and extract the contents of the RAR file to the CIV4_DVD folder.

3) Copy all the contents of the Civilization IV CD’s/DVD to the CIV4_DVD folder.
4) Copy the contents of the Civilization IV: Warlords CD to the Civ4_Warlords folder.
5) Copy the contents of the Civilization IV: Beyond The Sword CD’s/DVD to the Civ4_Beyond_The_Sword folder.
6) Copy the contents of the Civilization IV: Colonization CD to the Civ4_Colonization folder.
7) Download the 1.61 patch for the Civilization IV (Civ4Patch1.61.exe), the 3.13 patch for the Beyond The Sword (Civ4BeyondTheSwordPatch3.13.exe) and the 2.13 patch for the Warlords (Civ4WarlordsPatch_213.exe) and put them in their respective folders in the Updates folder of your CIV4_DVD dir.
IMPORTANT: You MUST name the files EXACTLY the same as the names given in brackets above! Do NOT include the brackets in the names!
8) Copy the NoCD cracks to their repective folders in the cracks folder.
NOTE: When you click Crack in the menu it will ask you to choose the folder where to copy the crack.
Just select your install directory (ie: C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Civilization 4) and press copy.
Choose YES to overwrite when prompted.
9) Burn the contents of the CIV4_DVD folder to a DVD with the Label: CIV4_DVD
