1) Create a Temp folder on your hardrive.
Name this folder: Flatout_DVD. This will be the name (Label) of our DVD.
2) Download the Custom Install Menu from here and extract the contents of the rar file to the Temp file.
NOTE: All folders needed for the conversion are included with the Custom Install Menu.

3) Copy all the contents from the Flatout CD1 to the Flatout_DVD\FO1 folder.
4) Copy all the contents from the Flatout CD2 to the Flatout_DVD\FO1 folder. Overwrite any files if prompted.
5) Download and Install “Orca”.
Once Orca is installed go to the Temp folder and right click the file “FlatOut.msi” and from near the top of the menu choose “Edit with Orca”. (You may have to edit the properties of this file and untick the “read only” attribute, but as it is copied to the hardrive it is probably already edited automatically).
When opened you will see 2 window panes, go to the “Tables” one on the left and scroll down to “Media”
Click on “Media” this will show you the entries in the Right pane.
Change all the entries in the “VolumeLabel” column to Flatout_DVD
Then “Save” it.
6) Copy the Update Patch to the Flatout_DVD\Cracks\FO1 folder.
NOTE: Because the patch is just some files that need to be copied, I put them inside the Cracks\FO1 folder.
The program will automatically copy them with the crack.
7) Copy the NoCD Crack to the Flatout_DVD\Cracks\FO1 folder.

8) Copy all the contents from the Flatout 2 CD1 to the Flatout_DVD\FO2 folder.
9) From CD2 copy the data3.cab file to the same Flatout_DVD\FO2 folder.
10) From CD3 copy the data4.cab file to the same Flatout_DVD\FO2 folder.
11) From CD4 copy the data5.cab file to the same Flatout_DVD\FO2 folder.
12) From CD5 copy the data6.cab file to the same Flatout_DVD\FO2 folder.
13) Copy the Update Patch to the Flatout_DVD\Patches\FO2 folder.
14) Copy the NoCD Crack to the Flatout_DVD\Cracks\FO2 folder.
15) Burn the contents of the Flatout_DVD folder to a DVD with the Label: Flatout_DVD
INFO about the Menu
The menu looks in the windows registry to see if the game is installed.
If so, the patch and crack functions are enabled and the install function is disabled.
As always, patching and cracking work automatically no matter what file you put in the folder.
I altered the cracking function so it makes a backup of the file it replaces.
