Conversion by ‘SND’
(2xDVD9 to 3xDVD5) *ENGLISH ONLY*
Install sequence: DVD1-DVD2-DVD3
1) Create a Temp folder on your hardrive.
Name this folder: ME_DVD. This will be our ‘working’ folder Only.
2) Create another 2 Temp folders in the ‘ME_DVD’ folder.
Name one folder: ME2_Disc1. This will be the name (Label) of DVD1.
Name the other folder: ME2_Disc2. This will be the name (Label) of DVD2.
3) Copy all the contents of the Mass Effect 2 ‘Disc1’ to the ‘ME2_Disc1’ folder.
4) Copy all the contents of the Mass Effect 2 ‘Disc2’ to the ‘ME2_Disc2′ folder.
5) Download the ME2.3xDVD5.English.Only.rar’ file from HERE and extract the contents of the RAR file to the ‘ME_DVD’ folder overwriting any files if prompted.
6) In the ‘ME_DVD’ folder RUN the ‘Runme.bat’ file and wait until the process finishes.
(The ‘Runme.bat’ will Create the ‘ME2_Disc3’ folder and Move/Copy the files to their proper folders.)
Optional: Use the sfv files provided to check that the files copied/moved ok.
Note: There is plenty of space available on ‘ME2_Disc3’ for anything that you might want to add.
7) Burn the contents of the ‘ME2_Disc1’ folder to a DVD (or Create an ISO) with the Label: ME2_Disc1
8) Burn the contents of the ‘ME2_Disc2’ folder to a DVD (or Create an ISO) with the Label: ME2_Disc2
9) Burn the contents of the ‘ME2_Disc3’ folder to a DVD (or Create an ISO) with the Label: ME2_Disc3
