1) Create a Temp Directory on your hardrive.
Name this folder: NFSUDISK1. This will be the name (Label) of our DVD.
2) Copy all the contents of CD1 to the Temp Directory
3) Copy all the contents of CD2 to the Temp Directory. (Do NOT overwrite any files!)
4) Now there are two files: “common_filelist.txt” and “en-us_filelist.txt”
Open these 2 files with Notepad and change all the number 2″s to 1″s
(BUT ONLY CHANGE the first number 2 in each line!)
5) Create another folder’s for any Updates, Serial, Patches and or Cracks etc.
NOTE: Name this/these folder’s whatever you want.
6) Again using the Notepad, open the “autorun.cfg” file (it”s in the AutoRun folder), and scroll to the bottom and change StartupCD=02 to StartupCD=01.
7) The Game will start after the installation, so you need to rename the original SPEED.EXE to SPEED.EXE.ORG and then put the “Cracked” SPEED.EXE in the exact same place where the original exe is. So then the “Cracked.exe”will be installed instead.
(Note: Use the Cracked v1.1 (1.1001.0) exe instead of the v1.0)
8) Burn the contents of the Temp folder to a DVD using the Label: NFSUDISK1
NOTE: Remember to choose a “Full Install” when installing.
