1) Create a Temp folder on your hardrive.
Name this folder: SHC_DVD. This will be the name (Label) of our DVD.
2) Download the Stronghold Collection Custom Installer from here and extract the contents of the RAR file to the SHC_DVD folder.

Extracted from the rar file are the following folders:
Cracks
Crusader
Patches
Stronghold
Stronghold 2
NOTE: There is not a folder named: Legends.
This is because Legends is copied to the root of the DVD!
3) Copy all the contents of the Legends disk to the SHC_DVD folder. (Root of the DVD.)
4) Copy all the contents of the Stronghold disk to the Stronghold folder.
5) Copy all the contents of the Crusader disk to the Crusader folder.
6) Copy all the contents of the Stronghold 2 CD2 to the Stronghold 2 folder.
7) Copy all the contents of the Stronghold 2 CD1 to the Stronghold 2 folder. Overwrite any files if prompted
8) Copy the respective Patches to their respective folders which can be found in the Patches folder.
9) Copy the respective NoCD Cracks to their respective folders which can be found in the Cracks folder.
10) There was an extra “Characters Patch” released which includes three extra enemies.
Go to this site to download the Characters Patch.
Copy the Character files to the “Chars” folder which can be found in the Crusader folder.
11) Burn the contents of the Temp folder (everything inside the SHC_DVD folder) to a DVD with the Label: SHC_DVD
